What is the difference between New Headaway and Evolve?

Evolve unit structure

New Headway unit structure
Just by looking at these two images, which show the unit structure in each book, it is obvious that Evolve is built to serve a higher level of English competence.
Our students in Black Gold are not prepared for that based on the placement test done on the 5th of September for Black Gold Institute 1st and on October 5th for Black Gold 2nd, with the results recorded in the charts below, with students' names and marks, and pivot tables to show level categories.
It is also worth noting that the test wasn't made to test level proficiency, but to test students' literacy skills. If they can read and understand basic English, they pass, and if they can't, then they need to learn phonics and reading skills to reach the preparation level required for the beginner level of the book.

Why Will This Solution Not Apply to Non-Arabic Teachers?
And Why is Evolve Better in That Case?
A grammar-first book structure will be useless for a non-native Arabic speaker because she will find a lot of difficulty in explaining grammar structure to students using only English, while they are still at the beginner level.
For Mrs Khadija, a curriculum that is based on using functional English and TPR all the time will be more suitable, as Mrs Khadija will find more comfort in learning situational English that gives a glimpse of grammar but not the other way around.
What is the Key Middleware That Works Best for Both Cases?
All teachers must start with a phonics curriculum that teaches students how to read and write in English to give them the minimum literacy needed for them to start understanding basic English structures and rules. This is the curriculum that should be made in presentational slides using PowerPoint/Google Slides or any other presentational software.
These slides act as the perfect bridge between theory and practice—something neither textbook fully provides on its own.

This is not only a normal presentation, but it also uses interactive live questions during the session to teach the material. It is also used as a tool to create ways to record students' answers and track their progress.
